The Virginia Wine and Craft Festival is held in May and typically features more than 20 Virginia wineries and 100 crafters from the East Coast. Live entertainment is held on the county courthouse lawn and at the gazebo in the Village Commons. The festival also features children's entertainment.

The event is held by the Front Royal-Warren County Chamber of Commerce.
