Camp sites: Valley's campgrounds abound

There is perhaps no better way to get in touch with nature than to spend the night under the stars. Camping areas provide options for RVs and tents, alike.

Frederick County/Winchester


  • Battle of Cedar Creek Campground, near Middletown. Open year-round for RVs and tent campers. 46 RV sites, 20 tent sites. Features include swimming pool, horseshoe pits. 869-1888
